I can't hear any sound during the voice/video intros.
To troubleshoot sound problems, follow theses steps:
- Make sure your computer can play .wav files.
You can find one by clicking Start/Find/Files or Folders
then type in *.wav and press find.
- Check sound volumes. Click
Start/Programs/Accesories/Entertainment and select Volume
Control. The leftmost bar is the master volume control;
ensure it is above half way. Wave balance should be next
to the right; ensure that is above half as well.
- Check speaker connections. See that the speakers are
firmly plugged into the correct port on your sound card
and that the speakers are powered and turned on if
necessary.
The text is too large to fit in the window.
Your computer is probably setup to display larger than normal fonts.
You can change this in the Control Panel, under the Display icon.
You must click the Settings tab, then click the Advanced button
at the bottom of the window.
Change the Font Size to Small Fonts, which is default in Windows.
